Seeing that ICQ is my life and I only chat there everyday and have nothing else in my life to do  :'( but now I am banned  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

What else can I do , to make my life meaningful?!!?!?!

No, you don't get personal bans. I have banned you due impersonating, and this is not the place to complain about bans.
