If someone is trying to join from http://librairc.net/chat/ and gets the message [11:21:03] Running lightIRC 1.3.4 Build 160. Project home: www.lightirc.com [11:21:07] Error #2031 then the solution is https://www.uoforum.com/threads/fix-for-irc-error-2031-disconnected-from-server.50609/
I haven't come across anyone with the problem atm but incase you do this is a temporary fix.
