Physics and the illusion of free-thought

If all matter works off action and reaction, stated by Sir Newton;
Would not our brainwaves (the thing that creates our consciousness and perception of reality), be working off the same concept being that Everything is matter?
that being said; if such is working off action and reaction then there is no ability to choose, your actions and thoughts are predetermined in a complex way we have yet to understand in-depth.

What are your thoughts on this?

If I remember correctly the philosopher Nietzsche stated once that life is a reoccurrence, I think we can add to that statement by theorizing that because the matter of our brain creates our consciousness that if that same matter was reconstructed in a similar way, we would then regain consciousness and life.
all the works of man, will be forgotten. thus making the act of creating, pointless in itself other than to entertain ourselves.
Nietzsche said life is meaningless, but do it anyways.
Also, if life is to cycle throughout the endless chasm of time; Are we doomed to be forced to live forever? because would not the period of death possess no consciousness or memory or perception of time, thus making it unable to grasp the "rest" we seek at the end of life.

What are your thoughts on this as well?
