The "wannabe trojan" has been checked by multiple independent software developers. In addition to this, the developers of JDownloader confirmed the mistake and confirmed it ain't a trojan. A patch may fix this. I haven't got any warning using Kaspersky and Avira AntiVir. Though, Norton showed a trojan for me.
