Character encoding - Cu6 - 23-11-2015
Hello!
I'm not into IRC server settings, but can anyone explain me why do ICQ and this server still use CP-1251 charset? As far as I know, modern IRC clients like last versions of mIRC do not support CP-1251 anymore. Maybe there exist better alternatives?

Because icq were set that way years ago and we did move from that settings and kept most of them same way and move quicker.
