I got this flood protection and try it and it works fine with me it will help against any flood u got from text/notice/repeat/join.. etc
How to get the addon on your mIRC script
1- Download the Flood Protection.rar down, Put it on the mirc folder.
2- Extract all in the folder of the mIRC and make sure they all in same folder then and go on Tools on the MenuBar - Script Editor --- > Remote - File - Load and then choose the place of the flood.mrc and then press Open then Ok.
