IRCQnet ChanOps "helpdesk"?

How long is the IRCQnet ChanOps "helpdesk" going to be "shut down temporarily" so that "scheduled maintenance" can be performed? It has been down for ever and NEVER seems to be available.

As chanops team left ircqnet, and running own network there is no longer helpdesk for ircqnet, we will have one for librairc soon.
