Spam filter is not working any different way it worked on icq, so i don't see why are we being questioned now 
Surely we will not share the filter list.
If someone is banned they can simply open ticket on our helpdesk at http://librairc.net/helpdesk which is pointed on gline reasons.
Noone gets banned for nothing at all so you do not know what they post or do but we do so saying they got banned for simple sentence is not the case.
You are allowed to share urls surely, but why post something that been flooded on icq to our network ?
