We didnt spam on icq we had no reason to since the admin allowed us to use global messages. We were still IRCops there. Get your facts right please, the people spamming were flooders/abusers and not affiliated to any ircop on this server.
As for filtering the links why should we allow people to spam other networks do you think they would allow us to spam on theres? I doubt it..
