Download and install HexChat https://hexchat.github.io/downloads.html[url=https://www.adiirc.com/][/url]

After you install the client will popup a tiny window for you to select network you want to connect.
Find LibraIRC from the list and click edit to change your settings.
Or just click connect to get in and start chatting client will ask you to join a channel probably best to visit #lounge or use the Open the Channel-list window and click ok.

Download and install AdiIRC from https://www.adiirc.com/

After you run it will popup a Quick Connect window for you to setup.
Click the Advanced ServerList right bottom of the window, you will have a new window called Server List, click Add new network.
Another tiny window will pop up, choose LibraIRC here and click add.
You will be added LibraIRC to the client list now, just change the settings as you like i.e your nickname, channels, login method, connect to the network on startup etc..
Click save on Server List window and connect. Close Server List and Quick Connect windows.
Surely do not forget to join the main room by /join #lounge or do /list to check other rooms

We have changed our system so noone will get a vhost on registering now, Vhosts will be  given on request to  people who don't abuse in chat but there will be no hostserv for to request one you will have to request  one from an ircop. Sorry hostserv is being removed but it was down to security issues.

Botserv and  GroupServ are now  no longer available.
